Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept card payments.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 post. Packets are generally delivered within 2 working days to most mainland UK addresses depending on the destination.
This is an insurued and tracked option. please choose this option if you want to make a claim for any lost packages/undelivered packages due to the fault of royal mail.
Paid Shipping On UK Orders Under £20
Orders placed before 2.30 pm Monday - Friday will leave the same day providing we have stock and no payment issues. Please see below for a list of delivery services we provide. If you have any queries or questions about delivery times or prices please drop us an email or give us a call.
Cheap Tracked Delivery Option Royal Mail 24 Signed For™
This royal mail service provides a signed delivery and online tracking service. We recommend this option for low value orders. However please note, no compensation is available for lost packages from the Royal Mail 24 signed for service.

Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery By 1pm, Insured with compensation
This is a GUARANTEED next-day delivery before 1 pm. It has online tracking available and has insurance to cover lost and damaged goods. A signature is required on receipt of delivery. If no one is home a card will be left and your goods will be held at your nearest sorting office for 10 working days.
Royal Mail International Tracked Delivery, Insured with compensation
For USA and Australian customers items are sent with Royal Mail International Tracked and aim to be delivered within 10 days.

Please note: compensation is available from the Royal Mail for up to £250 with options to increase cover to £1000 if required.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Nutritional Science Solutions Ltd Online Returns Policy & Procedure
If you would like to return an item please call 02032896220 or email admin@ pep-bar.com to receive our returns address.
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 days from delivery.
If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete, or incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. Please ensure you obtain a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us. You should retain your Proof of Postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.
If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods (exclusive of the initial delivery charge) within thirty (30) days of receiving your returned goods, provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original (unused) condition at our distribution centre within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds will only be made against the original Credit/Debit/Paypal Account used
If you cancel your order but do not return such goods to us within 14 days, we shall be entitled to collect such goods from you and to charge you for the direct costs of collecting the goods. You should note these charges (which may be deducted from a refund) are likely to exceed the costs of you returning the goods. Until such goods are returned to us, you are obliged to exercise all reasonable care to store the cancelled goods safely and in appropriate conditions.
Please Note:
We cannot and will not accept returned goods that have been opended from the sealed pack and have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.
All our disposable vapes have been HMRA safery assed and been issued an ECID number to confirm their safery for use. Some people react or are allergic to certain substances. Whilst allergic reactions are extremely rare and unexpected, Nutritional Science Solutions Ltd cannot be responsible for allergies to products and resultant ailments if you have any doubt regarding this please consult with your doctor prior to using this or any disposable vape products if you are prone to sensitivities.
Nutritional Science Solutions Ltd shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly.
